Penn Memory Center provides comprehensive evaluation and care for adults experiencing memory loss, cognitive changes and related conditions. Our Penn Medicine specialists diagnose and manage Alzheimer’s disease, mild cognitive impairment, dementia and other memory disorders using a personalized, multidisciplinary approach. Patients and families have access to neurology, geriatric medicine, neuropsychology, diagnostic testing, ongoing support and opportunities to participate in clinical research. Located at the Perelman Center for Advanced Medicine in Philadelphia, the center provides coordinated care focused on helping patients maintain independence and quality of life.
