We are conveniently located half way between Dallas and Houston and strive to accommodate all our customer's needs. Trucks are always loaded and unloaded by or before the appointment time. We understand that anyone can promise customer service, but it is much more difficult to deliver it every time. We are happy to pull orders for you. We have multiple blast freezers ready to freeze your product. We can temper your frozen product quickly and safety so that it is ready for further processing, using our proprietary temping technology. We operate separate facilities that can be configured as either freezers or coolers based on your products' needs. Don't be afraid to ask; no job is too large or small and we will always customize a program to meet your needs. Nearly all large freezers operate ammonia based refrigeration. Even small ammonia leaks can cause damage to some products. Palestine Cold Storage is proud to operate a 100% freon based system that will keep your product as fresh as possible.
