Opa's Smoked Meats is a third-generation Texas-German family business in Fredericksburg, Texas, family-owned since 1947. Our small-batch smoked sausage, made in natural pork casings with signature hickory smoke notes, is carried by grocery stores across Texas, the South and Southwest; find a store with the locator at opassmokedmeats.com, or order online to ship nationwide. The Opa's Deli & Market, a few blocks off Main Street on Highway 87, serves made-to-order sandwiches, sausage wraps, charcuterie boards and trays and house-made salads, with a tasting station (four sausages on the griddle daily), smoked meats by the pound, and a specialty market of jams, pickles, German imports, gifts and cookbooks. Order ahead for pickup.
