Our community features beautifully appointed apartments designed for your needs — studio, one or two bedrooms—and all with spacious balconies for enjoying the incomparable views from any angle. Plus, The Met is located right on Cheesman Park, in the heart of historic Capitol Hill. We are within walking distance of downtown Denver, the Botanical Gardens, shopping, dining, and public transportation. Or, take a stroll in the Park, one of the most beautiful that Denver has to offer. Our 12th floor Penthouse is entirely dedicated to our residents. We have a full kitchen, dining facilities, an in-house gym, a game room, and of course, beautiful views of the mountains and the Denver skyline. The Met is one of Denver’s truly iconic buildings. Originating in the ‘60’s, many of its suites feature floor-to-ceiling, hexagonally-shaped windows that give the building its distinctive façade.
