About Save My Spot: Our team does its best to see you quickly, whether you walk in or use Save My Spot. When you use Save My Spot, you are adding your name to a list of patients who have chosen to be seen at this urgent care location. The wait list is based on estimated times and is not a guarantee that you will be seen at a particular time. Your wait time will vary based on the number of patients who come to our location and the severity of their care needs. Patients who come in after you with a more serious problem will be seen before you.
