Company description

Katalyst Kombatives is a modern Krav Maga and self-defense gym in Virginia Beach, Virginia, led by owner and head instructor David Bergman. We train adults only, from total beginners to experienced martial artists, in practical civilian self-defense built for real situations rather than sport or competition. Classes cover striking, escapes, weapon defense, and situational awareness. Every technique gets tested against live resistance, so you find out what actually holds up under pressure instead of taking someone's word for it. New students start with a $20 Intro Experience. It's money-back, and it credits toward membership. Serving Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Norfolk, and the surrounding Hampton Roads area.
