JDP self-performs land clearing and grubbing, excavation, earthwork, grading, erosion and sediment-control field work, selective site demolition, drainage and site-utility excavation when included in the written scope. Our core market is Richmond and Central Virginia, with selected projects outside the area when scope and schedule justify mobilization. JDP provides labor, equipment, supervision and field coordination; permanent materials are typically furnished by the GC or owner unless the proposal states otherwise.
