The F. Xavier Roliz Agency proudly serves all of New York State. My passion is to help you find a comforting level of security, peace, and protection in a broken world where accidents and tragedies happen, and then to be there for you when they do. My team and I do the important work of discussing with customers insurance decisions with thought, care, and compassion, as adequate insurance can mean the difference between flourishing and painful hardship for people, families, businesses, and communities. Prior to becoming an agency owner, I worked at the leading global insurance companies where I dealt with complex, multi-million dollar organizations on risk management and insurance concerns and collaborated with leading professionals and firms in the areas of finance, law, accounting, consulting, and technology. I decided to join Allstate because I saw that individuals and families have to make very similar decisions to these organizations, just at a different level, and as an agency owner I could offer insights and experiences that would help them better prepare for the difficult circumstances that inevitable in a broken world.
