Company description

Dr. Cusack joined The Heart Physicians, now Stamford Health Medical Group, in 2011. She is the active in the GO RED movement and is well known on the health lecture circuit throughout Fairfield and Westchester counties. She is the recipient of the 2012 BRAVA award and is responsible for bringing the “Walk With A Doc” program to Stamford to emphasize the role of lifestyle in cardiovascular care. In addition, Dr. Cusack is the Director of the Women's Heart Program.
