Company description
Sometimes the traditional ways are the best. That’s why even after nearly four decades we continue to marinate whole chickens in our family marinade of citrus, garlic and spices several times a day, every day. That’s why our seasoned Grill Masters still grill them low and slow--the traditional way, for 55 minutes over an open flame. That’s why generations of families gather around our Mexican entrees and family dinners year after year. And that’s why our enduring commitment to the principles of hard work, doing things the right way, and always starting with the best ingredients available will never change.
