Company description
I'm Colin Davies, a Realtor with Security Pacific Real Estate, licensed in California since 2013. I help buyers and sellers in Richmond, Pinole, El Cerrito, Albany, Berkeley and Kensington. If your home needs work before a sale, I'll help you decide what to repair, what to keep and where to start. I coordinate preparation, photography and the details through closing. Buying? We'll look beyond the listing photos at condition, layout, disclosures and the terms of your offer. My property stories show those decisions in older East Bay homes, including Craftsman, midcentury and Spanish Revival houses. Meetings by arrangement. CA DRE #01935999.
