Company description

Cobre Kitchen + Cocktails is the lobby-level restaurant at Canopy by Hilton Scottsdale Old Town, an American brasserie with a Southwest point of view. The room is warm and social, with arched wood ceilings and marble counters. Mornings bring breakfast plates, pastries and local specialty coffee. In the evening, the kitchen turns to wood-fired Southwest dishes, shareable small plates and a craft cocktail list built around local flavors. It's an easy walk to Old Town galleries and shops, and after dinner you can head up to Outrider Rooftop Lounge for drinks with a view of Camelback Mountain. Live acoustic guitar plays Friday nights from 6 to 9.
