Company description

Dr. Shahrzad Shareghi is an interventional cardiologist dedicated to cardiovascular excellence and keeping you healthy inside and out. Thanks to her two complementary practices: The Cardiovascular Care Center and the Vascular Esthetic Center. We have vibrant practices in Simi Valley and Thousand Oaks, California. Dr. Shareghi works closely with patients, valuing their concerns and taking the time needed to explain treatment options and procedures. Whether you need cardiovascular treatment or you’re ready to rejuvenate your face and body, you can count on Dr. Shareghi and her team for topnotch care. Dr. Shareghi is honored to be a member of the STEMI Panel at two area hospitals. In this role, she treats many types of cardiac emergencies, including ST-elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI), a life-threatening medical emergency that you know by its more common name: a massive heart attack. At the Laser Esthetic Center, people of all ages have access to today’s most advanced, noninvasive cosmetic procedures. Using SculpSure® laser therapy, Dr. Shareghi provides body contouring for people who want to get rid of persistent pockets of fat, such as those “love handles” on the sides of your waistline. If you want to fight the signs of aging, Dr. Shareghi can diminish lines and wrinkles, clear facial veins, eliminate age spots, and rejuvenate your skin — all without surgery using the Icon™ Aesthetic System. Laser hair removal is also available, so you can finally do away with daily shaving and plucking. Dr. Shareghi is board-certified in interventional cardiology, cardiovascular disease, and internal medicine. After receiving her undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia, she attended medical school at Virginia Commonwealth University. She went on to finish internal medicine training at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City, then relocated to beautiful California to complete her cardiology fellowship and interventional cardiology training at UCLA.
