Dr. Amanda Schneider is a board-certified allergist, immunologist, and pediatrician specializing in food allergy testing, diagnosis, and oral immunotherapy (OIT) for patients of all ages in Great Neck, Long Island, NY. She is dedicated to providing evidence-based food allergy care for children, adults, and families. Dr. Schneider completed her Allergy & Immunology fellowship at Albert Einstein College of Medicine and her pediatric residency at NYU School of Medicine, and spent the past decade at NYU Langone Health in Manhattan, where she helped lead oral immunotherapy treatment. She has served as co-investigator on more than a dozen allergy and immunology studies, with published research on biologics for food allergy, early egg introduction, and anaphylaxis during oral immunotherapy.
