Our specialized nurse navigators facilitate the flow of the patient and their information amongst our expert care providers. Each specific program and service from A (Aneurysm) to Z (zz –Sleep) is physician-led, team- oriented and has measurable goals of appropriate care, patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes. We hold interdisciplinary conferences aimed at group input to problematic cases, and provide support groups for a continuing connection to our care teams, even after the patient leaves the hospital.
