Colarelli Construction is a Commercial Contractor and Construction Manager headquartered in Colorado with a wide reach. We serve clients in Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada, Texas, California, Kansas, and Wyoming. When our doors opened in 2003, we branded ourselves as a boutique-style Construction Manager and targeted under-served projects in the Colorado Springs metro area. Over the past 20+ years, in order to serve our clients’ and the region’s ever-changing needs, we progressed to offer a variety of services and regularly take on roles like development partner, general contractor, construction manager, program manager, and design-builder. We are seekers of innovation; innovation is intertwined with our company culture. Colarelli Construction is continually learning, adapting, and creating changes in the industry to better serve our clients.
